Minimum Standards to enter Class:

  • Ability to complete 1 push up
  • Ability to complete 1 assisted chin up
  • Desire to increase strength and muscluar endurance
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Ability and desire to self drive learning and gym work

Gym Goals:

  • To build strength
  • To increase muscular endurance
  • To reduce potential injury
  • To assist in improvement of swimming technique
